In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy to accept a return of your items within 30 days of the date on your receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the products you are returning must be:

  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  • In their original condition and,
  • In the original packaging and shoe box (we consider this part of the item)

Kukky does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please Note: Items marked with ‘FINAL SALE’ are unable to be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. These items can only be returned if deemed to have a manufacturer’s fault. A manufacturer’s fault does not include light wear or tear of any kind. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

How do we return?

STEP 1 – Initiate your return through the Kukky website. CLICK HERE to lodge your return.

STEP 2 – Organise postage. You are responsible for return postage costs. Return through your local Australia Post post office in over hundreds of locations.

Alternatively, you can organise your own postage method. We strongly recommend registered post. Kukky cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

STEP 3 – Post your item(s). Please write your Order Number on the parcel, or enclose a copy of your packing slip or email receipt.


– Kukky does not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

– To exchange an online order, please return your order online, then place your new exchange order at anytime.

– Online Gift Card Holders: All refunds will be credited to the original gift card account (not refundable for cash). Please contact to process your refund.

– Faulty products purchased through Kukky Online: If you believe your purchase is faulty, email our team at with pictures of the items concerned and a detailed description for review.
